The third-eye point
Location: midway between the eyebrows. Apply mild pressure with your index finger for 60 seconds.
This point stimulates the master endocrine gland (pituitary gland) that improves skin texture and rejuvenates the skin. Great for those stubborn frown lines too.
#2 Stomach 3 Juliao
Often referred to as the Facial Beauty Point
Location: With the eyes looking straight ahead, this point is located directly below the pupil and level with the lower border of the nose. Place index fingers on both points and massage for 60 seconds.
Great for reducing blemishes, improving skin tone & skin elasticity, and improving blood circulation through the face.
#3 Small Intestine 18 Quanliao
Location: Directly below the outer corner of the eye in the dip below the cheekbone.
Press down firmly for 60 seconds using any finger.
#4 Gall Bladder 14 Yangbai
Location: On the forehead, one thumb-width directly above the middle of the eyebrow, directly above the pupil when the eyes are looking straight ahead.
Great to fill out horizontal fine lines on the forehead & lift the eyelids.
#5 Stomach 36 Zusanli
Location: 3 to 4 centimetres (about the width of your four fingers) below the knee cap on the outer side of the shin bone (tibia). You can find it easily by finding the most tender spot in the area.
This is a very powerful point for strengthening & toning the muscles (including the facial muscles) and benefiting energy flow through the body.
