Male Fertility Assessment
Traditional Chinese medicine takes a personalized approach to optimizing male fertility because everyone is unique. This means that Chinese herbal medicine, acupuncture and acupressure protocols, and dietary and lifestyle recommendations will differ depending on your constitution.
I’ve narrowed down three different types of male fertility. In most cases, you will fall into more than one type. These fertility types consist of:
- Blocked type;
- Kidney Yin Deficient type; and
- Kidney Yang Deficient type
This online male fertility assessment will give you your top two types, and provide you with customized tips to get you started on your path to fatherhood.
Blocked Fertility Type
People with the blocked type have Qi (vital energy) and blood stagnation relating to the liver organ system. They tend to feel irritable, angry, experience pain and tension in their body, and have high stress levels.
Kidney Yang Deficient Fertility Type
Kidney yang deficient types are low in yang energy and low in Qi (vital energy). They feel cold, and tired, can gain weight easily, and have weak digestion.
Kidney Yin Deficient Fertility Type
Kidney yin deficient types lack adequate fluids in their bodies which leads to dryness and heat symptoms. They tend to have wiry body types, are restless at night, and experience night sweats.
